Napoleon — the historical French emperor and the only bronze S-rank artillery commander of the French faction in European War 6. His skill kit is among the most purely offensive in the artillery roster: Salvo level 3 (additional artillery damage), Storm Fortifications level 3 (+damage on city defenses), Artillery Master level 2 (crit chance up), Artillery Expert level 2 (+artillery attack in a 3-tile aura), and Counterattack level 2. It is a kit tailored to siege cities and break fortified lines — exactly Napoleon's historical role at Toulon, Ulm, and Austerlitz. Attributes: exclusive 3/3 artillery cap, no cross-specialization. That means he is a dedicated artillery commander: you cannot put him on infantry or cavalry to bail out a front. In the EW6 meta, Napoleon is the centerpiece of a "battery plus assault" composition on the Napoleonic campaign: two line howitzers beside him, one advance infantry to hold the wounded, and the Salvo + Storm Fortifications stack halves the time needed to crack a fortified city.
