Caesar
Caesar is one of only two S-rank archer commanders available in bronze quality in Great Conqueror: Rome. His profile is atypical for a Roman archer: attribute caps of 7/9 archer and 5/8 cavalry make him a hybrid commander who can lead archer auxiliaries as well as equestrian squadrons. Unlocked at headquarters level 20 and Military Rank 8, he arrives in mid-to-late game. Four skill slots and the S rank make him eligible for most builds on the Gallic theater and in civil-war scenarios. In the GCR meta, he heads a column of composite bows plus flanking cavalry: his damage bonuses lift archer DPS, and the cavalry cap of 8 provides flexibility when the map demands fast redeployment. Compared with Octavian, another bronze Roman archer at A rank, Caesar is less accessible early but notably more versatile. Players farming medals for a single early-campaign S-ranker prioritize Caesar; those running Rome in multi-theater reserve him for Gaul while another commander holds the East. His 5/7 navy cap is adequate for a landing, not for a sustained naval engagement.
