Cleopatra — Cleopatra VII, the last queen of Egypt, whose suicide in 30 BC marked the end of the Ptolemaic dynasty and Egypt's definitive passage under Roman rule. Great Conqueror: Rome classes her in the Carthage faction to represent non-Roman Mediterranean naval powers. Silver B-rank navy, she shows a hyper-specialized profile: cap 6/9 navy — the highest navy cap for a B-rank in the game — 4/7 archer, but only 2/4 infantry and 2/3 cavalry. Her role is unambiguous: dedicated fleet commander. In the GCR meta, Cleopatra is the natural pick for Mediterranean scenarios: Pompey's war against the Cilician pirates, the battle of Actium, the Egyptian war. Her archer cap of 7 also lets her lead ship-borne archer detachments when the composition demands it. Silver quality means she drops less often than bronze but more readily than gold — a solid compromise for a player consolidating their fleet without spending top-tier medals on S-rank naval commanders.
