New Soviet aircraft carrier — hybrid air-naval doctrine. Generates air sorties each turn (Integrated Air Wing) while retaining heavy cruiser arsenal (Granit Missile Salvo). Recommended with Trained Nimitz or Spruance. Stats preliminary.
Trainable Generals
Hugh Dowding (RAF, April 2026)
Defensive air and economy commander. Signature skill: Fighter Command (air defense bonus + industry bonus). Reduced cost (~1,341 medals). Training priority: 12th of 17 — train only if you need an economy general.
Douglas MacArthur (US, July 2026)
MacArthur's training replaces Street Fighting with Island Hopping (Lv 5) and Entrenchment with Old Soldiers Never Die (Lv 4). Cost: 8 Sceptres + 100 Certificates.
Per the Fandom community, trained MacArthur becomes one of the top infantry damage dealers, even surpassing Vasilevsky. Best elite force: Delta Force. Recommended slots: Raider + Inspiration.
Training priority: 8th of 17.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which elite forces are the highest priority this cycle?
Delta Force first — its anti-general profile is unique and versatile across all PvE fronts. Bismarck next if you master the solo naval doctrine. Admiral Kuznetsov is more situational (needs a support fleet).
Should I train MacArthur or de Gaulle first?
De Gaulle is 2nd priority, MacArthur 8th. De Gaulle gets Firepower Blockade for multiple attacks — more versatile. MacArthur surpasses Vasilevsky in pure damage but lacks area support. Train de Gaulle first if you don't have an orange artillery general yet.
Are the historical retrospections permanent?
Yes — once unlocked, retrospections stay available. They don't disappear at the end of the cycle. You can play them at your own pace.
Is Admiral Kuznetsov carrier better than Enterprise?
They serve different doctrines. Enterprise is a pure carrier with excellent value (Lvl 1 Dock). Kuznetsov is an air-sea hybrid that excels in a support fleet but costs a Lvl 2 Dock. If you already have Enterprise and Spruance, Kuznetsov is a bonus, not a replacement.
