Whether a general can train is a fact to verify; training priority is an editorial choice tied to your account. A ranking is never an unlock prerequisite.
Corrections
Earlier classifications of MacArthur, de Gaulle and Vasilevsky as armor generals have been removed. The four paid generals Zhukov, Eisenhower, Manstein and Marshall also have training paths; paid recruitment does not exclude this mechanic.
Latest additions
Dowding belongs to the April cycle, MacArthur to June and Vatutin to September. Detailed costs and skills for MacArthur and Vatutin remain pending verification on their pages.
