📖 Origin & lore
In the World Conqueror 4 campaign, the Scorpion Empire appears as the final enemy after the resolution of modern global conflicts. Its technological base is founded on mystic systems and futuristic weaponry that outclass real-world equivalents.
Osborn's origin traces back to a British general named Alfred, a non-recruitable character who appears in the Dunkirk mission of the Origin of the Scorpion Empire event. This narrative continuity makes Osborn the secret through-line of the game — first an ally, then the leader of the Empire.
