A general-specific skill. "Heroic Charge" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "When commanding armored units, for every enemy within 2 hexes, dealt damage +10% (Maximum 50%). When armored units have high morale, lower damage received by 20%". A general-specific signature: its max level drives the card's overall value.
