When commanding an airforce unit to attack, there is X% rate that our inactive units that are 1 grid around the enemy unit under attack will join the attack (up to 1 troop will participate simultaneously).
A general-specific skill. "Air Raid Cover" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "When commanding an airforce unit to attack, there is 50% rate that our inactive units that are 1 grid around the enemy unit under attack will join the attack (up to 1 troop will participate simultaneously).". A signature tied to a specific card, worth levelling whenever you invest in that general.
