A general-specific skill. "Infantry Training Master" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "Reduce the damage taken by 4% per level based on the level of the elite force infantry under command. Elite Force Infantry does not lose attack power when their HP is reduced.". A general-specific signature: its max level drives the card's overall value.
