A general-specific skill. "Naval Overlord" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "After commanding a naval troop to attack, there is 50% chance of applying a "jolt" effect to the enemy, lowering 70% mobility, lasts for 2 turns. When commanding Enterprise, all air force costs -1 except fighters.". A card signature — cannot be swapped; it often defines the general's tactical identity.
