When commanding artillery units, gain +3 mobility. After eliminating an enemy, there is a X% chance to attack again, which increases by an additional 10% for every 200 HP the unit has.
A general-specific skill. "Fire-Fighting Captain" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "When commanding artillery units, gain +3 mobility. After eliminating an enemy, there is a 70% chance to attack again, which increases by an additional 10% for every 200 HP the unit has.". A signature tied to a specific card, worth levelling whenever you invest in that general.
