A general-specific skill. "Inescapable Net" scales up to level 5. At max level (5), the skill applies the following effect: "Enemy units within 3 tiles of the commanding unit have their defense reduced by 30% and also take 20% increased damage from nuclear bombs, satellite strikes, and drone tactical explosion.". A signature tied to a specific card, worth levelling whenever you invest in that general.
